Description
This Electronic Advanced LED Flasher Module is recommended for use with LED taillights. If your vehicle is equipped with turn signals only (typically from the mid-1960s and older), you will need just one module. If your vehicle is equipped with both turn signals and 4-way hazard flashers (typically from the mid-1960s and newer), you will need two modules for full functionality. Flasher modules are not required for use with our headlights.
The Advanced Flasher Module is a solid-state replacement and upgrade for traditional flasher relays. It is compatible with LED lighting, incandescent bulbs, or a combination of both. The flash rate remains digitally precise and is not affected by the current load.
The wide operating voltage range makes it suitable for various vehicle systems. Constructed with 100 percent solid-state components, the module operates silently and is designed for long-term reliability, free from mechanical wear.
It features 1/4-inch blade terminals for a direct plug-in replacement and includes extended leads for flexible mounting and installation.
The module functions with the black wire connected to chassis ground and the white wire connected to the turn signal or hazard load.
When +12V power is applied to the red wire, current is passed to the white wire to power the load. The module then cycles power on and off every 0.325 seconds, repeating this pattern until power is removed from the red wire.
